The tender for the executive condominium (EC) site located at Tampines Central 7 / Tampines Avenue 7 / Tampines Avenue 9 has attracted a total of six bids.
In a statement, the Housing & Development Board (HDB) said it has received a top bid of S$233.5 million for the 99-year leasehold site.
The bid was jointly placed by Singxpress Property Development, Creative Investments and Kay Lim Realty.
Spanning some 20,750 square metres, the site has a maximum gross floor area of 58,101 square metres and it is expected to yield 580 dwelling units.
According to HDB, the remaining five bids came in at between S$230.7 million and S$215.5 million.
HDB said award of the tender will be announced after the bids have been evaluated.
